Global PR & K-Pop Expertise: Schuster has demonstrated high-level proficiency in international pop culture by serving as the Lead PR for major K-Pop pop-up events for global superstars, including Lisa from BLACKPINK, Jung Kook and Jimin from BTS, and the girl group aespa.

Crossover Specialist & Creative Director: She is highly skilled as a Creative Director for talent and brands specializing in creating successful crossovers. As a stylist and image consultant, she helped guide a client’s profile to the point where they received accolades from industry icons Beyoncé and Rihanna. Her proficiency extends across a wide range of production and consulting disciplines, including casting/influencer relations, styling/image consulting, scout locations, events/galas, and successfully arranging events from scratch with both large and small budgets.

Brand Deal Negotiator & Influencer: Schuster’s proficiency spans the spectrum of talent-brand alignment. She has successfully negotiated several major global brand deals (e.g., Bose, Christian Louboutin, Coach, Google, IVY PARK, and Lacoste) while simultaneously maintaining an active presence as a nano influencer for brands like Popadelics, Bacardi, Bobbi Brown, and Everybody Water to name a few.

She applied her branding prowess agency-side at Grey Worldwide/NYC, managing global accounts for companies such as Pantene, Mars, Panasonic, and Hasbro. Her commercial production credits include working with Dave Myers on broadcast spots for M&M Mars (Twix) featuring major talent like Usher, Lil’ Bow Wow and Savion Glover.

Digital Innovation & Early Career: She established the NYC Media brand across Twitter and Facebook for Katherine Oliver (Principal at Bloomberg Associates) and began her professional life working directly with Caroline Hirsch of Caroline’s on Broadway, managing high-profile clients from Christina Aguilera to Laurence Fishburne and the cast of The Sopranos.
